Heidi L. Wachs, Managing Director and head of the Washington, DC office of Stroz Friedberg, an Aon Company, helps clients identify, manage and mitigate privacy and cybersecurity risk, including responding to incidents and conducting complex internal privacy investigations. Previously, Ms. Wachs served as an attorney at an AmLaw 100 law firm, a privacy and identity management analyst with a global research and consulting firm, and a university chief privacy officer. Ms. Wachs earned her B.A. in Journalism from Lehigh University and her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is a CIPP/US.
