Bio

Rebecca Fallk represents government contractors in litigation, transactional, regulatory and investigative matters. She also conducts due diligence for corporate clients in a wide range of complex transactions.

Rebecca has experience in internal investigations, compliance audits, bid protest litigation, and analysis of government contracts. Her practice also includes defense of False Claims Act matters and counseling on the effect of small business regulations.

Previously, Rebecca served as a legal intern for the U.S. Department of Justice, Public Integrity Section and for The Honorable Maribeth Raffinan of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. During law school, she represented clients in DC Superior Court as a student attorney with the Rising for Justice Housing Advocacy and Litigation Clinic.

Rebecca earned her J.D. with honors from the George Washington University Law School, where she was the Senior Managing Editor of the Public Contract Law Journal, a Thurgood Marshall Scholar, and a Shapiro Public Service Fellow. Rebecca also earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the George Washington University, where she was an Academic Presidential Scholar and received honors in both her political science and criminal justice majors.

In her free time, Rebecca enjoys exploring DC restaurants with friends, exercising and riding her Peloton, travelling, and scaling the aisles at Trader Joes.
