Sarah Firestone is an associate in the Litigation Group at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. She has experience with domestic and international commercial arbitration, investment treaty arbitration, as well as risk management and crisis response including internal and regulatory investigations, securities litigation, and enforcement issues. Sarah previously worked as a legal trainee in the International Arbitration Practice Group of a major global firm in Paris, was seconded to the Enforcement Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission, and completed a summer clerkship at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Sarah obtained her J.D. from the University of Toronto, her M.Sc. from the University of Oxford in Global Governance and Diplomacy, B.A. (Hons.) from McGill University, and received a scholarship to complete the Certificate in Public International Law at The Hague Academy of International Law.
