Fanny Gauthier is an associate in the Debevoise & Plimpton Litigation Department, based in the Paris office.
Ms. Gauthier is a member of the firm’s International Dispute Resolution Group, as well as the firm’s White Collar Group and the Data Strategy & Security practice. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense and data protection.
Ms. Gauthier regularly represents clients in disputes concerning a range of sectors, including the financial services, energy, legal and chemical industries.
Ms. Gauthier received an LL.M. in international business law from King’s College London in 2013, graduating cum laude. A graduate from Sciences Po Paris (2011), she also holds a master’s in private international law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2012).
