I've been in private practice, in the same area of law (Government Contracts) for almost 40 years. Sheesh that sounds like a long time. Other than my career, I focused on being the best Mom I can for my son. Those two things - career and family - took up most of my time for the past few decades. I did spend 10 years, while practicing law and raising my family - travelling the world to provide on site training for contracts as a Consultant/Facilitator for the UN and its various organizations. That was very interesting. Oh, and I did a TEDx talk in 2018; google my name. Other than these pursuits, in the remaining time, I read, garden and knit.
