Bio

Jennifer is a senior associate in Freshfields' white-collar and global investigations practice, based in Washington, D.C. She represents clients in complex white-collar criminal and civil enforcement matters, including government and internal investigations and enforcement matters related to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, securities laws, healthcare fraud and abuse, and environmental law.

Prior to joining Freshfields, Jennifer served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, where she prosecuted cases in D.C. Superior Court and U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. As a federal prosecutor, Jennifer tried nearly 50 cases to verdict, drafted more than a dozen appellate briefs, and presented oral argument in the Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and the D.C. Court of Appeals.  

Jennifer also previously worked as an associate in the Washington, D.C., offices of O'Melveny and Myers and Katten Muchin Rosenman.
