Dawn is a former prosecutor with more than two decades of trial experience. Dawn’s criminal practice includes individual representation of corporate employees, white-collar, and violent crimes. Before joining Shaffer Lombardo Shurin, Dawn served as the Chief Trial Assistant in the Jackson County Prosecutor’s office, where she tried more than 100 jury trials.

Represented Elected Official in a state grand jury investigation.
Advised State House of Representatives conducting an impeachment hearing.
Represented a Chief Financial Officer in the Department of Justice’s investigation into SBA Service Disabled Veteran loans.
