Yoshie has extensive experience in complex disputes, including parallel proceedings in different jurisdictions as well as domestic commercial disputes before the Japanese courts.
She has engaged in a number of internal investigations and corporate governance matters.
She has also devoted herself to the development of international dispute resolution in Japan. Her activities include managing the establishment process of the first dispute resolution facilities in Japan - the Japan International Dispute Resolution Center (JIDRC).
