Jojanneke (1977) graduated in Dutch law from the Utrecht University at the end of 2000. As she had already been interested in tax law she opted for (inter alia) the degree programme in tax law. At the end of 2001 she then obtained her doctorate in tax law at the Amsterdam University. Subsequently she has been employed as a senior judicial clerk at the Court of Appeal in Arnhem (Tax Division) for well over two years. In 2004 Jojanneke opted for the tax practice. Up to November 2008 she worked as a tax lawyer at Hertoghs Advocaten-Belastingkundigen in Breda. Jojanneke has worked at the firm since the establishment of De Bont Advocaten at the end of 2008. In the course of the years Jojanneke has therefore gained extensive experience in (criminal) tax cases. Jojanneke is a member of the Dutch Association for Tax Studies and of the Dutch Association of Lawyers Tax Consultants (NVAB). Since 2014 Jojanneke has been part of the board of the latter association. She publishes in relevant professional journals with some regularity.
