Jill (Birney) Klein is a Senior Manager in the Forensic & Integrity Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP (EY) and is based in Philadelphia. Jill has over twelve years of forensic experience and specializes in corporate investigations, litigation and dispute services, global risk and internal control assessments, and regulatory and contractual compliance services. Jill has served a variety of clients including public corporations, audit and special committees, in-house legal counsel, external legal counsel and privately held organizations.
Jill has conducted forensic investigations in various areas, including asset misappropriation, bribery and corruption, fraudulent misstatements, professional negligence, contractual compliance, conflicts of interest and revenue recognition. She has also managed numerous global Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations and Anti-Bribery / Anti-Corruption (ABAC) assessments, and has assisted clients in assessing and developing anti-fraud and anti-corruption compliance programs.
