Since the beginning of her legal practice, Leonie Linke has worked exclusively in the field of white collar crime and criminal tax law. Before becoming self-employed, she worked for a nationally renowned criminal tax law boutique. Already during her law studies at the University of Bonn and during her subsequent legal clerkship, she specialized in criminal law relating to business and tax offences. Subsequently, she completed an additional course of study and obtained the title Master of Laws (LL.M.). In 2018 she proved her special theoretical knowledge as a specialist in cirmnal law and in 2019 she was certfied as a consultant in criminal tax law (DAA) upon proof of her outstanding knowledge in tax and criminal law.
Leonie Linke publishes in renowned professional journals (including NZWiSt, ZWH) on tax and commercial criminal law topics.
