Anne concentrates her practice on technically complex civil and criminal matters, including representation of clients in multi-agency government investigations and enforcement actions, suspension or debarment proceedings, corporate internal investigations, and corporate compliance counseling. She has significant experience with criminal enforcements against oil and gas clients under the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act (CWA), and civil enforcements against home builders under the CWA's NPDES permit program and state-delegated equivalents.
