Anne concentrates her practice on technically complex civil and criminal matters, including representation of clients in multi-agency government investigations and enforcement actions, suspension or debarment proceedings, corporate internal investigations, and corporate compliance counseling. She has significant experience with criminal enforcements against oil and gas clients under the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act (CWA), and civil enforcements against home builders under the CWA's NPDES permit program and state-delegated equivalents. She represents clients before agency suspension and debarment offices, and advises clients with respect to federal contract issues.
Prior to her legal career, Anne worked as an environmental educator for the NYC Soil and Water Conservation District, directing programs for high school and elementary students in the City.
