Takako has experienced audit work to Japanese companies and International companies for 13 years, including some IPO projects. Then, Takako moved to the non- audit department and is specializing in accounting fraud investigation engagements as a supporter of internal investigation committee and external independent committee (e.g. inappropriate use of research fund, round transaction, kick-back, embezzlement and so on ). Takako is good at interview procedures.
Takako has also experienced certain dispute services related to action for compensation for damage by verifying the payout of related recall program.
