I joined Boston Consulting Group in July 2008 and left in 2017 to work on digitization in the financial industry. Since I rejoined BCG in 2018, I am again a core member of the leadership team for compliance, risk, and ESG as well as a member of the Risk & Compliance practice area for the firm, and have significant compliance and risk experience with financial institutions, as well as in industrial goods, health care, and other industries.
I specialize in compliance, ethics, and risk transformation programs that ensure effective and efficient compliance risk management as well as sustainable cultural change. I support clients in developing and implementing their compliance strategy and management systems and advises them during compliance crises. I also work on remediation programs and monitorships.
In addition to being a core member of the Financial Institutions practice, I am an expert in digital transformation, and active in the Industrial Goods practice. I am the recruiting lead for compliance experts across industries in Europe and active within Women@BCG.
Before joining BCG, I worked at BMW Group AG Financial Services, and at UnternehmerTUM, center for innovation and startups of Technical University Munich.
I speak English, French, Spanish, and German. My husband and my daughter and me, we live in Munich.
