I am a litigator in a small firm in Columbus, Ohio. I use my background as a prosecutor and white collar defense attorney to represent small businesses in litigation, including investigations. I have worked at the Supreme Court of Ohio as Policy Counsel in the Specialized Dockets section, overseeing applications for certification for treatment courts and providing training and technical assistance in the treatment court space. I also previously worked as a municipal and state prosecutor, for almost 10 years combined, and handled a wide variety of cases, from all manner of misdemeanors, to juvenile cases, grand jury presentations, and finally in drug prosecutions.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading for pleasure, running, going out on the lake on my paddle board, and spending time with my family. I am fluent in Spanish and take pride in my heritage as a Mexican American.
