Bio

I am a counsel in Crowell & Moring’s White Collar & Regulatory Enforcement Group and a member of the firm’s Investigations Practice. I represent a wide variety of corporate clients and individuals in all phases of high-profile criminal matters, regulatory enforcement actions, and internal investigations.

I maintain an active pro bono practice. I have represented an individual accused of multiple felonies in Montgomery County, Maryland, and have also represented parents involved in custody disputes and individuals seeking asylum in the U.S. because of persecution based on their gender or sexual orientation.  Most recently, I have filed a number of compassionate release motions on behalf of individuals at high risk of serious illness or death from CoVID-19.

In law school,
I represented young people in delinquency proceedings in D.C. Superior Court with the Juvenile Justice Clinic.

From 2018-2019 I clerked for the Honorable Rosemary M. Collyer on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

When I am not practicing law, I love spending time in my small DC garden, with my two dogs (Mork & Mindy), and cooking meals with my husband.
