I am a former AUSA in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and have defended a wide variety of government investigations in over three decades of practice. I currently am the Managing Partner of the D.C. office of Cohen & Gresser, LLP, a firm of about 80 lawyers with offices in New York, Washington, D,C,, Paris, London and Seoul. My focus has been on antitrust, environmental, FCPA and FCA cases, and I often defend both the government allegations as well as civil private lawsuits for damages. My practice also involves defending (and occasionally prosecuting) class actions.
