Bio

For more than 20 years, Rachael has defended clients in state and federal courts, at the trial and appellate levels. She advises individuals, large organizations and small companies on litigation strategies, conducts investigations and defends against criminal administrative charges, with a focus on the banking, manufacturing and healthcare industries.

Rachael has also served as the general counsel for a nationally renowned compounding pharmacy for the past 15 years, advising leadership on legal issues, employment matters, risk and compliance before the FDA and 45 state Boards of Pharmacy. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the company, helping to develop growth strategies and initiatives.
