Deirdre has significant experience in white collar crime, including advising clients before some of Ireland's most high-profile statutory inquiries and inspections, as well as in relation to data protection issues. Deirdre also has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation, including in an international context and advises a range of clients on all areas of commercial litigation, with particular expertise in shareholder and contractual disputes before the Commercial Court in Ireland.
