Bio

Ms. Wills is a Managing Director and the Practice Leader of the BRG Government Contract Consulting Practice. She brings over 30 years of experience in the government contracting and commercial industries. She has worked with contractors spanning virtually all industries, including aerospace, biotech, construction, defense, engineering services, health care, insurance, logistics, operations and maintenance, biopharma, professional services, and software, as well as grant and cooperative agreement recipients in the not-for-profit and NGO industry. She specializes in assisting commercial companies adapt their processes, structure, and accounting for the unique requirements associated with government contracts and grants. She is a CPA and a CFE. Ms. Wills has extensive M&A experience performing due diligence assessments, synergy analyses and integration activities for large multi-national organizations. She provides litigation consulting services, including forensic and fraud investigations, false claims act investigations, damages, lost profits, and financial matters involved in complex litigation and disputes. She testifies as an expert witness on varied matters relating to Federal government contracts, damages, bid protests, claims and disputes.  She is an expert in procurement fraud matters, the FAR and the CAS, as well as contract and grant regulations.  She is a frequent teacher and lecturer.  

Ms. Wills has extensive leadership and philanthropic involvement. She is a member of the 2015 class of the Leadership Foundry, a Women in Technology Signature Program. She currently serves as a Director on four Boards, heading the Governance Committee of the BOD of the Girl Scouts of the National Capital Area, leading the Audit Committee for the BOD of Counterpart International,  Intrahealth International Inc., and the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric & Aids Foundation and Advisory Board for QED Group LLC.

In her spare time, Ms. Wills is an avid golfer, devoted family member and dog mother to Chloe, the smartest French Brittany on the planet.
