WWCDA is committed to high standards of ethics, compliance, and legal business conduct. This page contains WWCDA’s codes of conduct, policies, and procedures, and other governance and operational materials intended to provide clear guidance to the WWCDA Board of Directors (“Board”), committee members of the Board, officers, employees, agents, other representatives, members, other volunteers, partners, contractors, sponsors, other participants and other third parties regarding standards, expectations, responsibilities, and procedures that will govern the Association’s overall governance and day-to-day operations; promote integrity, efficiency, accountability, and professionalism; support effective planning and decision-making; and ensure the proper stewardship of the Association’s mission and resources.
New policies and substantive revisions of the existing codes, policies, and procedures shall be approved by the Board. Only the Board has the authority to make exceptions and approve changes to the codes, policies, and procedures and create any new policies.
Nothing in the codes, policies, procedures and other materials is intended to create an express or implied contract of employment. The maintenance of these codes, policies, and procedures does not modify the employment-at-will relationship that exists between WWCDA and its employees.
