Missouri

The Missouri Chapter launched in November 2016 and is comprised of dynamic litigators. The Missouri Chapter primarily is focused on the St. Louis metropolitan area, but also extends across Missouri.

Members of the Missouri Chapter are investigators, trial attorneys, and appellate advocates. Our members include former AUSAs, attorneys experienced in high-profile internal investigations, attorneys who have successfully litigated allegations of fraud and violations of the False Claims Act, and attorneys who have tried to verdict white collar defense matters.

The Missouri Chapter meets quarterly and plans to participate regularly in the annual national conference. Our primary goal is to develop a strong and reliable network of attorneys with whom we may collaborate, both locally and nationally, on matters involving white collar crime, internal investigations, and corporate compliance. Our attorneys intend to work in partnership with national members of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association, and to eagerly share our talent nationwide. We look forward to joining the ranks of such extraordinary attorneys across the country.

CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA

The Missouri Chapter accepts Law Firm Attorney Members and Consultant Affiliate Members as defined:

Law Firm Attorney Member: Attorney private practitioners primarily practicing in the area of White Collar Defense and Compliance, defined as those who represent or assist companies, other organizations and individuals in connection with the wide-range of white collar government investigations and enforcement actions (criminal, civil, regulatory, and administrative), internal investigations, compliance and ethics counseling, and related matters.

Consultant Affiliate Member: Professionals who work at consulting firms (or non-attorney professionals who work at law firms) and who assist clients on matters in the White Collar Defense and Compliance field as previously defined, and who otherwise qualify under the WWCDA membership criteria and offer support services and referral opportunities to attorneys in the practice. The affiliate status will permit you to participate in certain activities of the chapter and WWCDA.

Some WWCDA and chapter events may be limited to attorney private practitioner (law firm attorney) members only.

All Members and Affiliate Members must have their primary work address in the same location as our chapter.
