Kaori has broad experience representing entities in white collar matters. She is especially experienced in representing clients in governmental investigations in relating to international antitrust violations as well as in conducting internal investigations. On several occasions, Kaori helps her clients improve its compliance framework by, among others, establishing internal rules and educational programs. Kaori also has expertise in practices in Latin American in general through her experience in Brazil and Colombia.
