As a former federal and state prosecutor (USAO SDNY and NYAG), I routinely advise and represent corporations, boards, and c-suite executives in sensitive government-facing investigative and regulatory matters. I advise clients across a broad range of subject areas, particularly related to public corruption and/or state and local issues. I co-chair my firm's Workplace Misconduct Investigations Taskforce and serve as Special Counsel to the New York City Council relating to disciplinary proceedings against elected officials. I also co-chair my firm's Women's Strategy Committee and am active in bar association work related to advancing women in the legal profession.
