Claire Rauscher brings more than 25 years of courtroom experience to the firm's White Collar and Government Investigations Team as Co-Lead. She focuses her practice on white collar litigation, pre-indictment investigations, grand jury practice and criminal trials.
In addition to litigation experience, Claire conducts internal investigations and assists clients in developing, reviewing and implementing compliance programs. Several of her most complex matters have been resolved favorably without charges or publicity.
Before joining the firm, she served as the first Executive Director of the Federal Defenders of Western North Carolina where she managed the 32 person office and provided representation to defendants in the district's federal courtrooms.
in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and travel. She is also a Division 1 Volleyball official.
