Céline co-leads Janson's business crime practice. She has over twenty years experience in complex corporate and financial (criminal) litigation matters and all types of investigations (internal, regulatory and criminal), with a specific expertise regarding the interaction between civil and criminal proceedings. She has a specific expertise in (i) corporate and financial criminal law including proactive risk management and compliance issues, (ii) liability related corporate litigation (director's liability, shareholders disputes, debt restructuring) and professional liability issues (especially in the legal and financial sector).
Before joining Janson as a partner in 2016 she was a counsel in the Brussels Litigation and Arbitration department of Allen & Overy where she worked since 1999.
