Stephanie has deep experience in financial accounting operations and process improvement initiatives. She regularly leads teams of forensic accountants and data analytics and eDiscovery experts in performing investigations, testing compliance, and developing and implementing remediation plans. In addition to investigations, Stephanie has been engaged in many due diligence and operational and profitability improvement projects by the boards of private equity-backed companies. She regularly presents findings and progress on investigations and remediation efforts to boards, audit committees, and auditors as well as the SEC, DOJ, FBI, and other regulatory entities.
Stephanie is a Certified Public Accountant and is Accredited in Business Valuation by the AICPA (CPA*ABV). She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, AICPA, and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She has lived and worked in Kuwait, Mexico, and Russia and often leads large international matters.
