Brooke is experienced with leading and supporting anti-corruption and environmental compliance monitorships, leading forensic accounting reviews, performing fraud investigations, executing internal control and compliance assessments, and providing reporting to in-house and external counsel, boards of directors, audit committees, corporate executives and government agencies. She has particular expertise in operational governance and jointly developing risk and compliance programs, providing remediation expertise, and leading forensic accounting investigations and reporting under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other global anti-corruption laws and guidance. She also has experience with developing project management budgets and staffing plans based on initial project scope, interim project findings and discussions with in-house and external counsel, boards of directors and corporate executives. Brooke has an extensive background performing and executing on-site and covert document and data collection, suspicious transaction reviews, interviews of key management and accounting personnel, and reporting on and providing remediation plans for identified compliance deficiencies. Background in providing quick-turnaround successor FCPA due diligence reviews for entities considering acquisition of foreign entities.
