From pre-suit investigations to appellate advocacy, public and private sector clients trust Caitlinrose with their most sensitive and complex cases.
Caitlinrose is a litigator who understands that at the core of each client’s case, there is a story to tell. She works tirelessly to unearth that story and to tell it through the language of the
law. Caitlinrose’s results speak for themselves. She has obtained a complete acquittal of criminal charges following a jury trial, successfully achieved the pre-discovery dismissal of
multiple federal lawsuits, and has worked with a team to win a reversal on a client’s behalf at the United States Supreme Court.
Caitlinrose has been repeatedly recognized for her legal work. In 2019, she was honored as a Lawyer of the Year for her role as co-lead counsel in a federal civil rights case that received
international press coverage. In 2019, she was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. And, since 2018, she has been annually recognized as a North Star Lawyer for her pro bono service.
Before joining Greene Espel, Caitlinrose clerked for two federal appellate judges and interned with the Office of the Solicitor General at the U.S. Department of Justice. She is actively
involved in Minnesota’s legal community, including through service as a member of the board of directors for Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers.
