Patricia Leandro is a Counsel of the Corporate Crime and Internal Investigations area of Uría Menéndez.
She has provided advice on relevant criminal proceedings involving market manipulation fraud, money laundering, false accounting, tax fraud, IP crimes, large-scale fraud, corruption, workplace and railway accidents, misappropriation of trade secrets, among others.
She has also participated in complex matters on corporate criminal liability, including the coordination of internal investigations and the development and implementation of criminal compliance programmes. Patricia has also intervened in investigations promoted by Multilateral Development Banks, such as the World Bank.
