Bio

Elisabetta’s practice focuses on advising and assisting individuals and corporations in criminal proceedings relating to white collar and corporate crime. She gained several years’ experience in a prominent law firm and took part in some important judicial cases involving allegations of bankruptcy offences, corporate crime, environmental offences, tax crimes. 
She is teaching assistant in Criminal Procedure at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and since academic year 2017/2018 she has been lecturing in a course delivered in English about Comparative Criminal Procedure and Corporate Criminal Liability at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
Visiting scholar at University of California Berkeley in 2019.
Member of the Milan Bar Association.
