Bio

White-collar defense and compliance attorney with more than ten years of experience in both the public and private sectors, advising multinational companies on corruption, money laundering, cartel investigations, and corporate compliance matters across Latin America. Currently serves as Senior Associate at Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas, a leading law firm based in Lima, Peru, and as Professor of Criminal Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

Experience also includes work with international organizations such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), focusing on refugee protection, and the International Labour Organization (ILO), contributing to initiatives aimed at combating human trafficking and strengthening international legal standards.

Fulbright Scholar and LL.M. graduate of the University of Chicago Law School. Author of the book Statute of Limitation in Criminal Law: Between Myth and Reality, along with several publications on white-collar crime, compliance, and human rights.

Admitted to practice law in Peru and in the State of New York.
