I am a partner in Dentons' Berlin office and co-chairs the Global and Europe Compliance & Investigations practice. Initially a transactional lawyer, I have more than 15 years’ experience in international transactions and internal investigations and a wealth of experience managing large-scale multi-jurisdictions projects.
I focus my practice on global corporate remediation and anti-corruption compliance and have specific expertise on the reach and repercussions of the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act outside the USA, particularly in the health sector. As a fluent French, English and Russian speaker, I have conducted internal investigations and remediation actions that include interviewing employees, and reviewing records in French and Russian in addition to English, in several countries including Russia, North Africa, Central and Western Africa, as well as Portugal and Angola.
I serve on Dentons Europe's Women Advancement Committee and I am passionate about the development of our younger female colleagues. I am coordinating pro bono the legal assistance to Kiron Open Higher Education, a non-profit EdTech organization providing refugees with access to education.

Originally from Paris, France, I relocated to Berlin in 2009 after working in Russia for nearly a decade, advising in complex cross-border joint ventures, M&A and divestitures across a range of industries including oil & gas, luxury goods, automotive, agroindustry and real estate. I am admitted to the New York Bar.
A mother of two boys (18 and 14 yo), I am still (pandemics or no pandemics) an avid traveler and reader, won't miss any concert or opera and I love fashion: I am always encouraging women around at the office to dress like they are: bold !
