Managed budgets of $1MM-$16MM (2-53 staff). Built AMPED Association Management from startup to a multi-office enterprise serving more than 25 national and international clients while mentoring nine executive directors and scaling a 50+ person team. Recognized industry leader served as Chair of ASAE Board of Directors and was selected as ASAE Fellow.
