I am an accomplished trial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in complex business litigation, internal corporate investigations, and white collar criminal defense. I have been lead trial counsel in more than a dozen federal trials and have argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals many times. Prior to joining Jones Day, I was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Central District of California, where I was widely recognized as one of the top trial lawyers in the Central District.
I live in Orange County, California with my twin sons and our dog, "Justin Turner O'Connor."
