Kim is a seasoned litigation lawyer in Allen & Overy’s Investigation, litigation & enforcement practice, with over a decade of experience in cross-border investigations, (out of court) settlement discussions or litigation, representing companies and executives in high-stakes and high-profile cases.  

Kim is also mediator who can facilitate dialogue and negotiation between parties with divergent interests and perspective.

Before joining Allen&Overy she worked at Dutch boutique firm Jaeger advocaten and international firm BakerMckenzie.
