Sarah W. Walsh is Of Counsel in the Boston, Massachusetts, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Ms. Walsh has experience working on a wide variety of litigation matters, including white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, complex civil litigation and employment litigation.
Ms. Walsh has significant trial experience including high-profile criminal and civil matters before federal courts in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Washington. She has represented clients facing investigation and enforcement actions by the US Department of Justice, Securities Exchange Commission, the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, local District Attorney's Offices, and various other state and federal agencies. She has represented companies, executives and other professionals in a broad range of state and federal criminal prosecutions, complex civil litigation, regulatory enforcement actions, and other investigations, including defending allegations of violations of the False Claims Act, theft of trade secrets, health care fraud, financial services fraud, as well as general business litigation.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis P.C., Ms. Walsh worked as an attorney with a boutique white collar defense firm in Boston. Other past experience includes internships with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and United States Attorney’s Office, a barrister’s clerkship with a criminal law chambers in London, England, and as a summer associate with the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School.
