Profile

I have several years of experience in compliance and internal audit matters. I supported internal customer with the setting up of internal control systems (for instance, J-Sox, Italian Legislative decree 231/01) and in monitoring of the effectiveness of controls in a multinational environment. I also have been involved in special projects such as M&A, SAP migration (with a focus on authorization matters) and internal special matters. In my experience in the Institute of Internal Auditors, I have been in charge of the development of the profession, from a knowledge point of view and via the development and the update of the training catalogue. In my current position, I lead the Internal Audit and Compliance practice, including fraud matters and corporate governance. I am certified as CIA, CCSA and CFE and I work as a trainer for the following topics: internal control system, Compliance, internal audit practice, risk management.
