I am a Counsel in the Business Crime and Employment Law practices of Arendt & Medernach.
I specialise in business crime matters together with employment law, particularly where employment and criminal law intersect. I handle employment-related criminal matters (including fraud, theft, defamation and employers' criminal liability), as well as broader white-collar crime issues such as fraud in the financial sector, corporate criminal defence, director criminal liability, and regulatory investigations, with particular expertise in whistleblowing procedures and internal investigations.
I regularly deliver training sessions to clients on several business crime-related topics (such as whistleblowing, investigations, dawn raids, anti-bribery, harassment, etc.).
