I am the Co-Chair of the Litigation Department at Baker Botts. I came to Baker Botts after serving as a Staff Attorney at that Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement. My practice focuses on securities enforcement, internal investigations and white collar defense. I enjoy writing and speaking on all areas of the securities laws.
