The Austin Chapter was founded in 2023. Our members are made up of law firm attorneys and consultants who work in the white collar defense and compliance field. Austin is the state capital of Texas and is the headquarters for a wide-variety of state regulatory agencies. Austin’s economy is among the fastest growing in the US. The growth of tech is a major driver of economic expansion including Oracle, Tesla, Google, Samsung, and Amazon growing their presence in the Austin area. Austin has a high concentration of venture capital and is also a major hub for software development.
The Austin Chapter of the WWCDA sponsors quarterly events for our members and guests from other WWCDA chapters and other invited guests. These events include guest speakers, focused discussion forums, social events, and other gatherings. We are committed to mentoring younger attorneys and consultants in the white collar defense and compliance field as well as enhancing business development opportunities for senior practitioners.
