Chapters

India

The India Chapter of the Women's White Collar Defense Association was established June 2, 2020. Pursuant to a growing trend of white collar practice in the country, the chapter was established to help put India on the map of cutting-edge white collar practice. The chapter has a pan-India presence with members spread out across the country.

The India Chapter seeks to build and strengthen relationships between women in India and with global counterparts who work in a diverse range of white collar practice areas including white collar litigation, fraud, cyber-crime, internal investigations, regulatory prosecutions, compliance and corporate governance advisory matters.  The chapter meets periodically and hosts networking events such as webinars, lunches and discussion forums.

The India Chapter is committed to fostering and collaborating with women private practitioners and enhancing business development opportunities for all.
