Chapters

Michigan

The Michigan Chapter was formed in 2016. The focus of the group is to connect professionals in Michigan who engage in government enforcement or white collar criminal defense work as private practitioners or consultants. The group provides professional and practice development opportunities, both locally and nationally.

CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA

The Michigan Chapter accepts Law Firm Attorney Members and Consultant Members as defined:

Consultant Member:  Professionals who work at consulting firms (or non-attorney professionals who work at law firms) who assist clients on matters in the White Collar Defense and Compliance field as previously defined, and who otherwise qualify under the WWCDA membership criteria and offer support services and referral opportunities to attorneys in the practice.

Some WWCDA and chapter events may be limited to attorney private practitioner (law firm attorney) members only.
