New Jersey

The New Jersey Chapter was founded in July 2018 at a cocktail reception hosted by Danielle Corcione, member at Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi, West Orange.

The chapter is a forum for experienced white collar defense lawyers to gather and discuss issues of significance in the white collar field. We meet several times a year and also host events open to the public.

CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA

The New Jersey Chapter accepts Law Firm Attorney Members and Consultant Members as defined:

Law Firm Attorney Member: Attorney private practitioners practicing in the area of White Collar Defense and Compliance, defined as those who represent or assist companies, other organizations and individuals in connection with the wide-range of white collar government investigations and enforcement actions (criminal, civil, regulatory, and administrative), internal investigations, compliance and ethics counseling, and related matters.

Consultant Member: Professionals who work at consulting firms (or non-attorney professionals who work at law firms) who assist clients on matters in the White Collar Defense and Compliance field as previously defined, and who otherwise qualify under the WWCDA membership criteria and offer support services and referral opportunities to attorneys in the practice.

Some WWCDA and chapter events may be limited to attorney private practitioner (law firm attorney) members only.

All Members must have their primary work address in the same location as our chapter.
