Peru

The Peru Chapter was established November 5, 2020. It is the second WWCDA Chapter launched in Latin America.

The WWCDA Peru Chapter is dedicated to promoting equal opportunity for all and connecting, supporting and empowering attorneys and other professionals who focus their practice in the enforcement and compliance areas. The chapter meets periodically, releases publications, and holds academic events, discussion forums and networking activities. The WWCDA Peru Chapter seeks to strengthen the relationships between our members and with the members of other WWCDA Chapters around the globe.

The WWCDA Peru Chapter is committed to fostering and collaborating with private practitioners and consultants and enhancing business development opportunities for all.

CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA

The Peru Chapter accepts Law Firm Attorney Members and Consultant Members as defined:

Law Firm Attorney Member: Attorney private practitioners practicing in the area of White Collar Defense and Compliance, defined as those who represent or assist companies, other organizations and individuals in connection with the wide-range of white collar government investigations and enforcement actions (criminal, civil, regulatory, and administrative), internal investigations, compliance and ethics counseling, and related matters.

Consultant Member: Professionals who work at consulting firms (or non-attorney professionals who work at law firms) who assist clients on matters in the White Collar Defense and Compliance field as previously defined, and who otherwise qualify under the WWCDA membership criteria and offer support services and referral opportunities to attorneys in the practice.

Some WWCDA and chapter events may be limited to attorney private practitioner (law firm attorney) members only.

All Members must have their primary work address in the same location as our chapter.
